Introduction
Apni Pathshala is moving forward at full speed! Over the past 15 days, our teams have been busy expanding PODs, rolling out technology, creating inspiring content, and building stronger systems, all to make digital learning safer, smoother, and more engaging for students across India.
This period has also brought important learning and bonding experiences. We no longer have normal working Saturdays; each Saturday is now dedicated to gupshup, where we share insights, discuss new ideas, plan implementations, and tackle challenges together. These meetings have helped the team bond, especially as new members join, giving them a clear understanding of everyone’s roles and encouraging contribution to the organization.
Additionally, Aniruddh Malpani visited our office and interacted with the team. He discussed how we can target a simpler audience and create easier-to-understand content about Apni Pathshala, as well as strategies to promote our mission more effectively.
Over the past 15 days, each team has achieved remarkable milestones while tackling challenges, driving our mission forward. Are you part of this journey with us? If not, catch up with the previous Internal Gupshup of Apni Pathshala for a quick recap of the last blog highlights.
