Eligibility

Before applying, ensure:

• You are a graduate.
• You have basic computer and internet literacy.
• You can dedicate 25+ hours/week to POD operations.
• You have access to a safe, accessible location for students.

Step-by-Step Process

Step 1 — Review the Program

• Read “What is Apni Pathshala?” SOP.
• Understand POD Leader responsibilities.

Step 2 — Prepare Required Information

• Personal details (Name, Contact, ID proof).
• POD location details (address, photos).
• Proposed student age group and target number.
• Availability of space, furniture, and internet.

Step 3 — Access the Application Form

• Or scan the QR code provided in AP promotional materials.

Step 4 — Fill the Form

• Enter accurate information in all required fields.
• Attach supporting documents/photos as requested.

Step 5 — Submit the Form

• Click “Submit”.
• Keep a copy of your form responses (screenshot or email).

Step 6 — Await Review

• AP’s POD Management Team will review your application within 7 business days.
• You may be contacted for clarifications or additional information in the meantime.

Step 7 — Due Diligence & Approval

• If shortlisted, you’ll undergo:
  • Location verification
  • Interview (online/in-person)
• Once approved, you’ll receive:
  • Official MoU
  • POD starter kit (equipment, branding material)
  • Access to POD Leader onboarding resources

Common Mistakes to Avoid

• Submitting incomplete forms.
• Not providing location photos.
• Giving vague or unrealistic student numbers.
